Job Duties must be able to perform the following duties in order to achieve essential job functions, other duties may be assigned:
Calling, emailing, or mailing to suppliers assigned purchase orders
Monitors purchase orders to ensure timely arrivals and distribution to the correct stores
Follow up with any supplier on delinquent arrival of purchase orders
Gathering supplier information needed to for all related functions of the purchasing group
Works closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and implementation of products, programs, and processes
Maintain correct program product costs in system
Maintain all information on company website
Maintain all supplier and product databases for the company in general, the website and e-commerce
Assist in evaluation and implementation of most effective and efficient space utilization and floor planning for all store locations
Be proficient in the creation and use of Microsoft Excel documents
